Yes. This is called "porting your number" and you can request it when you sign up for Solavei Mobile Service. You will need your account number and pin from your previous phone provider. You also have the option for Solavei to assign you a new mobile phone number.

Yes! Solavei offers prepaid international long distance as an add-on service to your standard unlimited voice, text and data. International long distance is available when calling from anywhere in the United States to more than 200 countries around the world.

Prior to the due date for your bill, members can make payments and add or update AutoPay options by logging into Solavei.com and accessing the Account tab. You can also call 866-SOLAVEI and pay over the phone.

If you sign up for AutoPay, your payment will be deducted automatically from your account 3 days before your bill is due. You will receive a text message 5 days prior to the due date notifying you that the bill is available. Your bill will be due each month on the same date of your initial activation.

Anyone 13 years of age and older can sign up for Solavei. However, an individual under the age of 18 may not enroll as a Social Member and receive compensation. A parent can sign up for a Mobile Service line and enroll as the Social Member.

Solavei is required by law to collect taxes, governmental surcharges and fees including sales, excise, other taxes and government surcharges on behalf of local, state, and the federal government. Local, state and federal regulations determine the specific amount of tax charged, and it can range significantly based on your location. For example, a member living in State A may pay as little as $2.82 in taxes in addition to the $49 unlimited mobile service plan, whereas a member living in State B may pay $10.34 in taxes. Taxes can even vary within the same state based on city taxes. The first months bill is a good indication of the amount of ongoing taxes a member can expect to pay each month.

After you sign up for Solavei Mobile Service, you can become a Social Member as long as you remain active with Solavei Mobile Service. You will receive your own Solavei Visa PayCard, personalized invitation link and access to the proprietary Outreach Manager program to help you share Solavei with others.

You need a Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITIN) to share Solavei and receive compensation.

Members have the opportunity to earn by sharing Solavei with friends, family and connections. Every time you enroll three members (a Trio) you will receive $20/month as long as those three members remain current with their account. You also earn $10/month for every three people signed up by people you enroll. In addition to Trios, you have the opportunity to earn Path Pay as your network grows.

The Solavei Visa PayCard is your way to get paid and also spend your hard earned money. You’ll receive it within 5-7 days of enrolling as a Solavei Social Member.

A Solavei sponsor is the individual who shared Solavei with you and helped you decide to sign up for mobile service. They will be able to help answer questions in getting you started as well as give guidance on sharing with your friends and family. When you click on the personalized website link to enroll from someone, that person becomes your Sponsor.

If you do not discuss Solavei with another member or have a personalized website link to join Solavei, we’ll assign you a sponsor after you complete your enrollment process.

Yes. If you’re not covered by Solavei Mobile Service in your area but are still interested in the opportunity to earn income by sharing Solavei Mobile Service with others, you can sign up to become a Social Member Only. This option will be presented to you during the enrollment process when you enter your zip code.
